Deconstructing Tango Music to Build a Creative Dance

From rhythm to melody, from counter-melodies and bridges to the dialogue between leader and follower, an eye-opening journey into how tangos are created, their link to the poetry of the lyrics, and how to embody all of this while dancing.

Class 1. Friday 20-21.30: 

Identifying and Dancing the Most Common Rhythmic Bases in Tango.

Price: 250 kr. pr/pers.

Class 2. Saturday fra 13-14.30: 

Dancing a Melody Line: Rhythmic Melody vs. Melodic Melody, Hard Orchestras vs. Soft Orchestras.

Price: 250 kr. pr/pers.

Class 3 Saturday fra 15-17.30: 

Musical compositions and Interpretative vs structural bridges, dancing different voices within the couple. Musical exercises to train alone.

Price: 250 kr. pr/pers.

SEMI- LESSONS 

Sunday 1 Semi Lessons á 6 par kl. 13-14

Price: 300 kr. pr/pers.

Guidet practica (only for participants of one or more classes) 14.30-16.00 og Cool down kl. 16-17
